Eight Fold Path

1. Right knowlege is knowelge of what life is all about (The For Basic or Nobel Truths)

2. Right Aspiration means a clear devotion to being on the path toward Enlightenment

3. Right Speech involves both clairty of what is said and speaking kindly without malice

4. Right Behavior involves reflecting on ones behavior and reasons for it. It also involves 5 basic laws: Not to kill, Not to steal, Not to lie, Not to drink intoxicants, and Not to commit sexual offences

5. Right Livelihood involves choosing the occupation that keeps an individual on a path that premotes life and well being rather then earning a lot of money

6. Right Effort means training the will and curbing selfish passion and wants. Placing oneself on the path toward Enlightenment

7. Right Mindfulness implies continuing self-examination and awarness

8. Right Concentration is the final goal.
