Herbs

Agrimony: Tall, elegent, yellow flower stems of this plant grow from a woody root. The serrated leaves contain vitamins B and K

Lemon Balm: This herb is avaliable in a variegrate form but M. officinalis is herablly more potent and the plain green from looks more attractive in a pot

Pot marigold: The flowers of this plant have a fresh clean scent and leave a sticky orange-yellow resin on the hands when picked

Roman chamomile: The beneficail affects of this plant on the digestive system have been known to herbalists since anceint times carning the name "mother of gut"

Gathering

Chamomile and pot marigold flowers as they appear. Pick aerial parts of lemon balm and agrimony as needed.

Remedies

Calming Chamomile Tea

Make a strong tea with three teaspoons of fresh flowers, or two of dried per cup of bolilng water. Strain and drink three times a day, as needed.

Bowel Tonic Tea

Make a tea with chamomile and pot marigold flowers, and aerial parts of agrimony and lemon balm. Use two teaspoons mixed fresh herbs or one of dried to a cup of water. Drink reguarly.

Relaxing Tea

Make a tea with a handful of lemon balm and a few chamomile flowers to 2 cups water. Steep, strain and drink three times a day
