The Dragon has a very long history acorss the globe, and it has played many different roles, seen by some as dangerous and savage monster that strikes fear in the hearts of men, or by others as a being of good luck and good fortune, as well as a protecter and a spirit to be revered and woshiped, and by others often portrayed as a wise and intelligent being, with a strong code of morals, and generall compassionate, but fierce and powerful if trifiled with.
Though the exisitcence of dragons can never be ultimately proved or disproved though there is no evidence to suggust that they ever walked this earth as physcial beings, one cannot deny thier every pressence across the world. Near every culture has thier own myths about dragons, and they appear in many different forms.
Today still the dragon holds a promiment place in the minds of many, and still is a subject of both debate and facination. It is a common beleif now, among much of the Pagan and magick community that dragons do exisit as spirital rather then physcial beings, upon another plane.
And there are many people today who strongly identify with the dragon spirit and belive themselves as dragon kin. Though they appear no different then you are me. The Dragon is a rather popular form of otherkin, though to be a Dragon kin, it takes more then just liking dragons, it is something which the person deeply beleives in, and feels a strong connection to.
A Dragon kin may have strong draconic energy, and aspects of the dragon might show within thier personality, and they will hold certain draconic traits.
