Diety Magick

Diety Magick is the ablity to call upon the gods for assistance. This is essentially your spirituality and your relationship with the Diety. Onee very common error people make in this relationship trying to turn gods into personal servants. Another mistake is a lack of courtesy. Just was you would not call up a friend, or contact a frined, starting directly with a demand or request from them, as this would be considered rude not to first greet your friend, and inquire about how they are doing, so it is with the Gods.

People often being by requesting something from thier diety without preliminary dialogue. It is imporant first to call upon the name of the diety and to express your feelings about them and your admiration of them.

Another common error is people have a tendency not to address the Deity for months at a time and then call upon them in a time of need. Just like in a relationship with friends, and family, you must keep contact in the good times as well if you exepct help in the bad times.

And never forget to express thanks and gratitude after addressing your diety and making a request, this should be done, even before you see the result of your prayers to the diety.

Personal Magick

Personal magick is the ablity to change one's consciouness at will and to collect and focus energy. Usually this is aquired through much practice and devotion to the Arts of Magick. There are some cases in which certain individuals might have a natural gift go access these ablities with littlr or no effort.

The best components of Personal Magick are, imgination, visulization, will and expectation. If you do not exepct anything to happen, then likely, nothing will.

One example which many of us are probaly famillar with, of a form of Personal Magick is Light as a Feather, Stiff as Bored, there are those that swear this works. This is a method in which you must imply your Will, imagination, and visulization, as well as go into with a full open mind of exepcting it to happen.

Levitation can only be achvied if one altars their consciounesness to a state in which gravity has no bearing upon you, for as long as you hold onto the idea of gravity levitation can never be reached. It will pull you down both physcialy and symbolicy, so you must altar your mind to a place where you let go of this notion completely.
