This spell will refresh and clense you. To begin, cast a circle in your bathroom, through visulization and call in the elements. Light a lavender colored colored candle and then blend in a muslin bag a teaspoon each of lavender flowers, charmomile flowers, and dried crushed rosemary.
Hang the sachet on the faucet and draw your water allowing it to pour down into the herbs. Add half a cup of lemmon juice to the bat. When you settle into the tub, lean back, relax, and take three deep breaths. Close your eyes and focus on the excess tension and stress in your body.
