Grow a white rose in a pot or in your garden just for beauty. Choose a variety with some scent. Place a photo of yourself in the earth around the roots and wish as you water it, using rainwater, that your health and apperance will flourish as the rose does.
When the first rose blooms, pick it, renweing your wish and place the flower in a plastic spray container with some spring water that you can spray onto your face and hair.
Do this every day for a week and witness the impace of your presence.
