To stay youthful macerate about a handful of the flowering tips and leaves of rosemary and marjoram and than place in 300 ml of alchohol and leave for a month. Add honey and 2 tablespoons of fresh blackcurrant juice. Strain through a fine sieve and take 1/2 teaspoon two or three times a week.
