To get rid of premenstural cramps, add three to five drops of ylang ylang essential oil to a cup of hot water. As you do so, imagine standing under a waterfall, smelling the fragrant herb.
Sip the tea and continue to imagine yourself under the warm waterfall. As the water streams over your body, let it wash away the cramps.
