This is a sort of healing ritual, but it is not meant to heal the physcial body or physical injury, but the spiritual. If a person feels they are being afflicted by negative energy or had an encounter with a hostile and feel as if it has done some damage to them, or they were altared after the encounter, this will help to clense and restore the aura.
First create an energy sphear within your hands. This can be done by placing your hands in front of you about six inches apart with your palms facing each other. Begin to move your hands slowly back and forth but make sure your hands do not touch. You should experince sensations of warmth, preasure and magenetism.
Once the sphere has been established you want to visulize your intent, and the energy of what you wish to do with the sphere entering into it, in this case, healing. To increase the energy of the sphere visulize and concentare on a glowing force of power.
The one you are healing may take any posistin that is best for both you and them, be it sitting, laying or standing.
Raise your sphear of energy and slowly glide your hands along the form of the body being treated. Avoid touching the person, keep about four of five inches away.
Start at the head completey cover it with graceful sweeps of the hands moving downward. When you complete this area then shake your hands tward the ground as though shaking off water.
Continue down the body one section at a time. Move along the natural curves as you proceed and remeber to "shake off" after finishing each section.
After completing the gerneal sweep of the body, run your hands along the aura sensing for gaps if you sense any raise a sphere to repair them, let your intution guide you as you go along.
