Power of Elements

This could be a good thing to do either before begining a spell or ritaul that calls for use of the elements, or to just reconnect with the elements and feel thier energy and power flowing through you. It is best done outdoors but it can be done inside if need be, and can be done either by an individual or in a group.

Take a few moments to center yourself and clear your mind, and then proceed to act out each of the four elements in turn. Use whatever gestures, movement, sounds, that make you think of each of the elements. Do not worry about how you look but instead think only of how you feel. Sense the currants of energy flowing through you, feel how each element has its own unique signature.

As you move cant the verse "like a fire, leap and burn; like a river, whirl and turn; like a breeze, blow strong and sture; like a mountain, long endure."
