Whenever you stir something on the stove, or in a mixing bowl, use a wooden spoon. Draw a pentacle in the food and stir it nine times, saying:

The blessings of the mother, the strength of the father, imbue this food with love and grace to all who in good fait partake" After the final stir ass "So mote it be"
