Healing Rock

One healing technique using rocks or stones, which I have been known to use, and is relitively simple.

The best way to do this form of healing, is if possible, find a stone naturally, on the beach, while taking a walk, hiking, etc... that feels good to you. For the sake of the healing, it would be best if possible to find a smoothish or rounded stone. But just follow your intution, and choose the stone which just feels good in your hand.

Or if you cannot do this, then you may use a quartz crystal. You may choose the type/color of quartz that most appeals to you and draws you in.

Once you have your stone, hold it within one hand, and charge it with healing energy. To do this just imagine healing energy flowing through your hand and entering into the stone.

I always visulize healing energy as purple, but it is alos commonly portrayed as white, or yellow.

Once you feel the stone is charged, place it against the area which is causing you discomfort, and imagine the energy from the stone, spreading over the injury or aiment. If possible you might want to find some way to keep the stone just against your body in the troubled area, for the rest of the day, or if you are unable to do that, then you can carry it with you, in a bag, pocket, or wear it as a charm. etc..
