Six of Cups

The Six of Cups symbolizes the beginning of a new cycle as long as we are able to accept the past and the way in which events have transpired. This is the card of nostalgia and when we choose it, we may have a tendency to dwell on the past or to romanticize the experinces we have had.

Although the future beckons and we have every oppertunity to move on, we may still be plagued by memories that we have not been able to let go of.

The Six of Cups reminds use that, however much we wish to idealize the past, we are in danger of jepordizing our future if we de so and must reconcile ourselves with what has happend.

Time is needed to mull over what has gone before so that a course of action can be decided upon.
